We understand that sometimes plans change — and that’s why we’ve outlined a fair and transparent refund process to ensure your peace of mind
1. When a Refund Can Be Requested
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Your request is submitted within 14 days of purchase or before your program’s start date (whichever comes first).
- The program or course has not been completed or accessed.
- A valid proof of payment (invoice or receipt) is provided.
Refunds apply to all Talentraa bootcamps, training programs, and workshops unless otherwise specified.
2. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be made via email to people@talentraa.com.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Course or program title
- Purchase date
- Reason for requesting a refund
Requests made verbally, through social media, or via chat will not be accepted. Only written email requests are reviewed.
3. What Happens After You Apply
Once we receive your request:
- Our team will review your eligibility within a few working days.
- If approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- Processing may take up to 14 business days.
- Administrative or payment processing fees are non-refundable.
In specific cases (e.g., partial course access), a partial refund may be issued.
4. Items and Services That Are Non-Refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance:
- Downloadable digital materials or resources
- Completed or partially attended live/recorded sessions
- Personalized services such as coaching, mentoring, or career consultations
- Ongoing or subscription-based services once the billing cycle has started
5. For Installment Payment Plans
If you’re paying in installments:
- Refund requests must still fall within the refund eligibility period mentioned above.
- Any refund will deduct payments already made and non-refundable administrative charges.
If you cancel your installment plan, no further charges will occur — however, previous payments may not be refunded depending on how far you’ve progressed in the program.
6. Cancellations and Enrollment Changes
You may change or cancel your enrollment up to three (3) days before the program start date.
After this period, cancellations may not qualify for refunds.

7. Switching to a Different Program
We understand you might wish to transfer to another Talentraa program.
To do so:
- Submit your request within seven (7) working days of purchase.
Transfers are subject to program availability and approval.
8. Processing Timelines
Once your refund is approved, Talentraa will process it within 14 business days.
Please note:
The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
